Details
A consultation appointment will be scheduled at the shop with the owner in order to: tour the store, access overall customer appeal, review product displays, critique selection of products, and to solicit any concerns from the store owner. A second visit will be made to observe customers, traffic flow, etc. Within two business days, a professional evaluation will provide the owner with specific suggestions to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, etc. The final report will detail the consultant findings and also provide multiple networking resources, product resources, workshop suggestions, etc. Satisfaction guaranteed or the consultant fee will be fully refunded.
